Eagle Scout
On March 30,2015, I earned the rank of Eagle Scout. In order to earn the Eagle rank, the candidate must complete a project of substantial value to the community. For my project, I built an outdoor classroom space for Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School in Powhatan, VA, the school I attended from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Amateur Radio
I have been an FCC licensed amateur radio operator since 2008, maintaining the callsign N4CVA. Within amateur radio, my activities include serving as a Volunteer Examiner, member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond Amateur Radio Club, the youngest member in the Club's over 100 year history, member of the amateur radio club at the University of Virginia (W4UVA), as well as a national representative for the ARRL's Collegiate Amateur Radio Initiative (CARI).
Myself and Aaron (AA0RN), president of the Missouri S&T Amateur Radio Club (W0EEE) at Dayton Hamvention 2017 staffing the CARI booth at ARRL Expo.
